Can I cancel my booked appointment?

As a courtesy, cancellation notices must be be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations are made through online booking only.
If I am running late, can I still be serviced?
Answer :
Late arrivals are subject to appointment time being reopened and/or filled. Please be sure to call to inform us of late arrival. Late arrivals are subject to altered services to fit the remaining time.
What if I am a "No Show"?
Answer :
Clients who "no show" will be required to pay in full before any future appointments are booked.
