As a courtesy, cancellation notices must be be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations are made through online booking only. Late arrivals are subject to appointment time being reopened and/or filled. Please be sure to call to inform us of late arrival. Late arrivals are subject to altered services to fit the remaining time. Clients who no show will be required to pay in full before any future appointments are booked.

There is a no refund policy on services completed. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending stylist discretion.

Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. The salon studio is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. No children are permitted in the salon unless being serviced. There is a waiting area in the building, but it will be your responsibility to monitor your children.

No vulgar language or inappropriate conversations are allowed. We want to ensure all our clients are comfortable and respected.
